Welcome to the Crypto Olympics: Day 11

Check out Day 10 of the Crypto Olympics

Coin vs. Coin – who will be crowned the Crypto Olympics Champ?

It’s a scattered market today with some coins up and some coins down. Today’s competitors will be Dash vs. NEM (XEM). Which coin will be able to ride the rollercoaster of the crypto market today without falling off? Vote in the comments below for your favorite.

In case you’ve missed it, these are the rules: we start with two coins and measure their gains and losses between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm PST. When the 4:00 pm finish line hits, whichever coin has gained the most (or lost the least if both coins are down) within our time frame is crowned the winner for the day and moves into the next bracket. We carry on until we end with our ultimate coin – the Crypto Olympics Champ.

We will be holding a podium ceremony at the end of our games to award the gold, silver, and bronze medals to the appropriate coins.

Obviously, this is just for fun and should not be taken as serious trading advice.

To see how we’re breaking up the rounds, check out the chart below. Otherwise, let’s get on with the competition!

Dash

Dash has already overtaken IOTA as the 10th largest cryptocurrency, and now the aLTCoin is out for more. Will Dash grow enough by 4:00 pm to come out as today’s winners? Dash fans everywhere hope so!

Dash is stepping up to the plate with a $733.85 selling price, putting the coin up 1.20% in the past 24 hours.

NEM (XEM)

NEM is holding on as the 13th largest cryptocurrency with a market cap of $4.6 billion. XEM is starting today’s race at $0.507246, which means the coin is down 4.37% in the past 24 hours.

Today’s winner will move into the next bracket on Day 13.

Check back in at 4:00 pm PST for the results!
