Crypto World Cup Day 7 was full of insanely tight matches, but who came out on top? Let’s see!
Today’s big matchups include:
John McAfee vs. Zhao Changpeng
Brad Garlinghouse vs. David Sonstebo
Tim Draper vs. Tyler Winklevoss
In matchday one, Brad Garlinghouse defeated Eric Voorhees and Tim Draper defeated Zhao Changpeng both 1-0. Tyler Winklevoss and John McAfee put up a tough match on matchday one that resulted in a draw at 3-3. John McAfee pulled off a hat-trick which was the 51st hat-trick scored in World Cup History.

Match 1: John McAfee 1-0 Zhao Changpeng
This has been quite a tournament so far for John McAfee, he’s only completed two games so far in the tournament and has racked up a total of four goals.
In today’s match, the crypto-bull scored within the first four minutes. We’ll see if John McAfee can keep up the momentum again Tom Draper on Monday. Since Draper defeated Zhao Changpeng in the first match-up, this should be a great match to watch.
Match 2: Brad Garlinghouse 1-0 David Sonstebo
Brad Garlinghouse entered the match coming off a win, and it seems he kept the momentum with him. Garlinghouse scored in the 23rd minute and was able to keep Sonstebo from scoring.
Garlinghouse will face CryptoYoda on Monday – stay tuned!
Match 3: Tim Draper 0-1 Tyler Winklevoss
Tyler Winklevoss came into today’s match with some vengeance, after tieing the first round with John McAfee. It seems the momentum and probably hurt feeling propelled him to a victory today, as he defeated Tim Draper 0-1.
Tyler Winklevoss will go up against Zhao Changpeng, but I’d watch out for Changpeng as he’s coming off of two straight losses and has nothing to lose!
